Billing & Subscription

Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month. By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly charges unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Fulfillment & Mailing

All keepsake mail is thoughtfully prepared after billing and mailed by the 5th of each month. Delivery timelines may vary based on postal service conditions.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the 1st of the upcoming month.

If a cancellation request is received after that timeframe, the upcoming month’s order will still be processed and mailed, and your subscription will be canceled before the following billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and prepared nature of each keepsake, all charges are final once billing has been processed. We are unable to offer refunds for any month that has already been charged.

Address & Delivery Responsibility

Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate and complete mailing information. Growing Keepsakes is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or lost or misdelivered mail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Replacement Policy

Growing Keepsakes offers one complimentary replacement per subscription, per calendar year in the event a keepsake mail item is lost in transit.

• The original mailing address must have been entered correctly
• The address must not have been changed after processing
• The item must have been lost due to postal transit

Requests beyond the one complimentary replacement per year, or replacements due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or late address updates, may be fulfilled at an additional charge.

Replacement items are offered in place of refunds. Refunds will not be issued for lost or misdelivered mail.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

• We collect subscriber name and contact details, mailing addresses, recipient details provided by the subscriber, and messages submitted for keepsake creation.
• Payment information is securely processed through Stripe and is not stored by Growing Keepsakes.
• Your information is used to process subscriptions, prepare and deliver keepsake mail, and communicate regarding your account.
• We do not sell or share personal information except as necessary to fulfill your service.
• All recipient information is provided by the subscriber. Growing Keepsakes does not knowingly collect information directly from minors.

Terms of Service

By using this website and subscribing to Growing Keepsakes, you agree that services are provided as a monthly subscription and all materials, designs, and content are the property of Growing Keepsakes.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. Growing Keepsakes is not liable for postal delays, delivery issues, lost or damaged mail once shipped, or indirect or incidental damages.
