What is Growing Keepsakes?

Growing Keepsakes is a monthly keepsake mail subscription designed to help families and loved ones stay connected through meaningful, shared experiences.

Who is this for?

Growing Keepsakes is for anyone who wants to stay meaningfully connected across the miles, including grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, godparents, family friends, children, and loved ones of many ages.

What does the recipient receive?

Each month, the recipient receives a keepsake mail package that includes a personalized keepsake card with your message, a hands on age appropriate tear off activity, and a pre addressed stamped return envelope.

How does the return portion work?

One side contains the message from the subscriber. The other side includes a tear off activity for the recipient to complete. The recipient keeps their portion and sends the tear off piece back using the included envelope.

When am I billed?

Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month.

When are the keepsakes mailed?

All keepsake mail is prepared and sent by the 5th of each month. Delivery times may vary depending on postal service conditions.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the 1st of the upcoming month. If a cancellation is submitted after that timeframe, the upcoming month’s order will still be processed and mailed.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the personalized nature of each keepsake, charges are final once monthly billing has been processed.

What if a keepsake is lost in the mail?

We offer one complimentary replacement per subscription, per calendar year if a keepsake is lost in transit. Additional replacements or issues caused by incorrect addresses may require an additional charge.

Can I update my address or recipient details?

Yes. To ensure changes apply to the next shipment, updates should be made before the monthly processing period begins.

Is this appropriate for all ages?

Each keepsake activity is designed to be age appropriate based on the details you provide.
